Optimization Design and Experiment for Precise Control Double Arc Groove Screw Fertilizer Discharger

In order to solve the problem of uniform and precise fertilizer discharge, based on experimental analysis uneven nature single-screw a double arc groove screw discharger was designed principle half-cycle superposition discharge curve. The amount instantaneous characteristics were theoretically analyzed, factors affecting uniformity obtained, taking pitch S, radius Rp center distance as test factors. Using variation coefficient fertilization accuracy indexes, indicators evaluated through quadratic universal rotation combination design experiment with three five levels. optimal parameters S = 35 mm, 17 mm 40 mm. produced parameter combination, bench verification comparative carried out. results show that relative error between simulation are 5.60% 5.52%, respectively, there is little difference them, which verifies correctness simulation. optimized 7.16%, 3.44% fitting curve equation R2 flow 0.998, all significantly better than in discharger. We developed an electronic controller conducted tests it. average deviation measured capacity preset value our self-developed 2.78%. This device can precisely control effectively solving dischargers.
